At the first lesson Pete invited us into “his office” to show us the set up, what he’d be doing, how he’d be instructing; giving us a great sense of how the classes would be delivered.
He also visited our home to ensure our set up was correct and give us pointers about the drum kit.
Two and a half years on, I still have all the same positive feelings about Pete. We’ve gone from basics to playing songs start to finish, reading beats written in manuscripts to reading words and knowing how to play them, listening to music and being able to work out the different drum elements within it and everything in between.
